At IPG | Supertech, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all IPG | Supertech garment tags and protective seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
